Area HomeCare & Family Services, Inc. is committed to serving need-based and financially eligible elderly and adults with disabilities, living in Rockingham County.
If you are interested in learning more about and/or applying for our services, please contact the office at (603)436-9059 Extension 1 and a staff member will assist you in the following:
Service Referral:
A service referral can be made by any interested party by phone or in person. Requests for service are accepted Monday through Friday, 8am to 4pm, and once a referral has been made, the client will be contacted by a staff member to set an intake appointment.
Intake Appointment:
Area HomeCare staff will meet with the client in the client's home where income eligibility and service need are reviewed. If homemaking services can be provided by the Agency, a Plan of Care is developed, required paperwork is completed, and the client is set to receive Homemaking Services.
If the agency is unable to provide services, the client will be referred to another agency that may provide such needed services.
